CronLab is hiring talented software designers to develop and support existing and adjacent products. You will work closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who has led development to date. We will rely on you being a proactive problem solver with frequent customer contact. In these contacts we not only expect you to carefully look after our customers, but to use these discussions to gather feedback on existing products and potential problems the clients may have that will enable cross-sales of further products for the sales team, as well as improvements on existing products.

Working at a smaller company your ideas for new products and improvements will be carefully listened to. With your communication and people skills you will find it easy to pick up the phone to any team member of CronLab, as well as to any one of our customers. From you we expect a high level of accountability on meeting deadlines as well as early identification and flagging of any potential issues, as well as proposing solutions to work around these issues.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Programming/Computer Science or similair, with 0-4 years of work experience.

Start date: As soon as possible
Travel required: Approximately 1-2 days per month to clients, fairs and to London HQ
